Pricing

Service Fee is $400 (4 hours of service) plus:

20-30ppl : $20 per person

31-50ppl : $18 per person

51-100ppl : $16 per person


  • MINIMUM GUEST 20

Included with Your Bar Package

  • Onsite Attendant: Our team handles setup, refills, and clean-up, ensuring a seamless experience
  • 12 premium items (build your bar): A carefully curated assortment of premium cheeses, artisanal cured meats, fresh fruits, gourmet nuts, and a variety of accompaniments.
  • Our mobile charcuterie bar features stylish, eye-catching displays that add a touch of class to any event setting: Display menu/ mimosa recipe recommendations, Disposable Champagne Glasses, Fresh flowers (decor), Eco friendly palm plates, napkins, picks
  • Customer keeps all remaining food 

Upgrades


  • Premium quality champagne glasses (with/without stems) $150
  • Additional hour $100
  • Keepsake Custom Laser Engraved Boards/Champagne Flutes(date, last name, logo etc…) - inquire for pricing

Important Booking Requirements

• Charcuterie/ Pastry Mimosas Bar bookings must be either inside, or outside with ample shade. Our Virgin Islands heat poses a challenge at times, the more shade the better.


• 50% retainer fee required to secure your date 

Balance is due 7 days prior to event or your deposit will be forfeited & date cancelled.  


• Once your retainer  is received and your booking is confirmed, guest count and serving sizes can only be increased, not decreased.

• Please note that there is a travel fee of $100 for bookings on the island of St. John.
