Thank you for choosing Grazing The Bar for your special event. Please review our policies carefully before booking.

Booking & Ordering

• We recommend placing all orders and event bookings 4–8 weeks prior to your event date. This allows adequate time for planning and ordering any specialty items requested.
• All inquiries and bookings must be submitted through our website inquiry form. 
• Your event date is NOT reserved until your deposit has been received.
• Please review item descriptions, pricing, and all other details carefully before submitting your inquiry.

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required by the due date listed on your invoice unless otherwise discussed.
• Failure to submit your deposit by the invoice due date will result in your order being automatically canceled. Notification of cancellation will be sent.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.

Rush Orders

• A $50 rush fee will be applied to all orders for Grazing boxes, cups, and boards placed less than 7 days before the requested event date.

Additional Information

• Prices are subject to change based on customization requests, specialty items, guest count increases, and market pricing.
• Accepted payment methods are outlined on your invoice. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
• Grazing The Bar reserves the right to refuse service if policies are not respected.
