Grazing Cart Rental

1. Base rate $350 + Refundable Deposit $600 + Cleaning Fee $100
2. Refundable Deposit is required when book and will be returned if cart is in same condition as when rented (no missing items no damages)
3. Cart is for dry rental (no food provided) 
4. 5 hour rental (Note if no additional time is booked, service ends at the agreed end time outlined on the invoice)
5. Includes delivery, setup and breakdown, 12 serving spots, umbrella
6. All bookings require an attendant

Important Booking Requirements:

bookings must be either inside, or outside with ample shade. Our Virgin Islands heat poses a challenge at times, the more shade the better.

50% retainer fee required to secure your date 

Balance is due 7 days prior to event or your deposit will be forfeited & date cancelled 

• Additional hour $150
• Attendant $200

Grazing Wall (dry rental) 

1. Base rate $250 + Refundable Deposit $400 + Cleaning Fee $75
2. Refundable Deposit is required when book and will be returned if wall is in same condition as when rented
3.  Wall is for dry rental (Charcuterie cup/food is NOT included)
4. Includes delivery, setup and breakdown
5. 5 hour rental (Note if no additional time is booked, service ends at the agreed end time outlined on the invoice)
6. All bookings require an attendant 

Grazing Wall (charcuterie cups included) 

1. Base rate  $250 + Attendant Fee $200
2. $10 per Charcuterie cup (Minimum of 50 cups)
3. 5 hour rental (Note if no additional time is booked, service ends at the agreed end time outlined on the invoice)
